「Location is wonderful, great beach access and having the Island Vibe restaurant on location was so nice. The grounds were beautiful and very well kept. Our biggest issue was with the air conditioner in our room. It leaked continuously on the carpet. It was soaking wet, smelled awful everytime we came into the room. KBM sent innumerable emails and texts including a strict 11 AM check out which felt more like a "get out." The charged an additional $300/day "registration fee" that was never disclosed.
