"In short, we would stay again but there were pros and cons. Overall this is an epic oceanfront place and we had a great time. View from balcony, sunsets on the property, ocean noise and beach access were all 10/10. Wifi was fast and reliable. Parking situation and general grounds were very good. I did not care for the extremely thin window right above the master bed. Road noise woke me up a couple times each night without fail when some random person bombed down the street. Bed pillows...

"The actual condo accommodation was a 10/10. Dealing with KBM management company was less than ideal and detracted from the experience. KBM sent innumerable emails and texts including a strict 11 AM check out which felt more like a "get out." The charged an additional $300/day "registration fee" that was never disclosed.
