「The room was musty smelling. Had several roaches in my bathroom…and when I say ‘several’ I’m talking more than 4! The air conditioning in the room was insufficient! I ended up opening up the windows so at least there was a breeze and it also helped with the musty smell! The staff was very apologetic but still an expensive stay to be so disappointing! Glad this won’t be my only experience of Maui as I could have stayed on the Jersey Shore for this!!!」

「The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows...

「The place was very clean. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I stayed Wednesday-Sunday and I extended my stay 1 night which was very fast and easy. They left us chairs and towels which was very nice for the beach. The place was very spacious for 2 people. If you want to cook this has plenty of counter space. The balcony had a partial ocean view which was very nice. Great value for your money. Check in/out was very easy. You can walk right to the best beaches around. Only Cons...
