“The staff was quick with communication about the check-in process and late check-out requests. I just hope they clean outside the rooms so it feels welcoming.”

“It exceeded my expectation. The only thing I would say is to add more hooks in the condo so that we could hang clothes, towels etc. Other than that, everything met my expectation and I can't wait to return. I will definitely stay there again.”

“We stayed in Hampton inn Maui north shore. We opted for ocean facing with refrigerator and microwave. The stay was very nice and the staff were friendly. It hosts a private beach right behind the property. Very convenient to travel west and east of Maui”

“Location was amazing, the room was beautiful and the amenities like the pool and OHana room were lovely. Only complaint was that we never got the housekeeping service even though we stayed 5 days. We had someone come at an inconvenient time at first but requested they come a day after, never happened. I'd still recommend this to anyone however. Just make sure you ask for housekeeping when you need it”

“The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows……

A big shout out to Dylan and Angel. Also to the nice housekeeping gentleman who brought an extra blanket for our bed. You can’t ask for a better location right on Napili Bay. “The place was very clean. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I stayed Wednesday-Sunday and I extended my stay 1 night which was very fast and easy. They left us chairs and towels which was very nice for the beach. The place was very spacious for 2 people. If you want to cook this has plenty of counter space. The balcony had a partial ocean view which was very nice. Great value for your money. Check in/out was very easy. You can walk right to the best beaches around. Only Cons……
