“对于滑雪爱好者来说酒店位置很好，可以skiin&skiout，旁边的雪道不错，周围雪具租借、滑雪学校、餐厅都有，就是价格较贵。酒店硬件有些旧了，订的四人住的房间里面是一张大床和一个沙发可拉开的沙发床。沙发床舒适度一般，无法让滑雪后的人好好睡个好觉恢复体力。而且房间内的空调、厨房水、浴室热水等设备过段时间就会启动操作一段时间，操作时声音很响，而且轮番启动，睡觉时真的很吵。房间隔音不好，感觉楼上的住客又经常穿着雪鞋在房间里不断的溜达，不胜其烦。酒店的服务没怎么感受到，housekeeping早晨8点多就来敲门要打扫房间，跟服务员说大概30分钟后可以打扫，结果一天活动结束回来后发现房间竟然跟离开时一样，无奈”

“The unit is renovated, with modern appliances, and bathroom, the bedding is confortable ans overall we really enjoyed our stay there! The location is perfect, 5 min walk to the Gondola and near the shops and restaurants while being just away from the noise.”

“Northstar units are generally old. This unit was also old, but has updated appliances, which was nice. The longer dining table and two full couches were also nice to have. They do not have benches for the dining table as shown in their pictures. They only have four chairs. The unit was in the perfect location. So physically, the unit was great. However, the management was not great. The person who gave us the keys was very sarcastic. His office was a total mess. I thought I went to the wrong……

“This place was disgusting. The towel bar was ripped off the wall, there was a swastika painted in the bathroom, people lived in the room across from us, there was no carpet under the beds (to reduce bedbugs I assume), there were no screens on the windows, the staff was incredibly rude, I could go on and on. Do not, under ANY circumstances, stay here. ”
