“Very clean and comfy. Great location. ”

“The size of our unit was perfect for our family and very nicely decorated; the food at Osteria Sierra (in main hotel) was great; the whole property (hotel included) is amazing and Incline Village is a quiet small town on the nothern part of Lake Tahoe. The only downfall is that we stayed for a weekend and we didn’t get fresh towels after the first night. ”

“Beautiful place among the trees. Not too busy. Quiet. Little older. But had been upgraded in the room. Bed was comfortable. They were having higher than average temps and with no air conditioning it was a little warm at night. ”

“Beautiful condo in great location near Tahoe City. Plenty of room for 5 people. Comfortable bedrooms and living areas. Clean, well-functioning bathrooms. Great kitchen stocked with cooking equipment and some food including spices, teas, etc. Responsive contacts by phone or text. Two downsides--traffic noise from Rt 28 and malfunctioning refrigerator. We followed instructions on it to wait 24 hr from check in to call if not cooling. So we did but a technician did arrive until 24 hr later. ……

“This is not just a room, it is a condo. There needs to be more attention to maintenance. When staff was available they were very nice.”

“Clean property, clean place. All amenities (full kitchen, bbq, etc). Pleasantly surprised with accommodations for price.”

“The place is clean and has everything. Maintenance was ready to come fix any problem like the shower head and the internet that we faced. I loved the two bed villa, It was spacious and perfect for my family!”

“Nice place, modern decor. Place was mostly clean, and the host was responsive to one minor cleanliness issue, by sending a housekeeper over within an hour. Hot tub worked and was perfect after a day of skiing. Kitchen well-stocked with just about all you could need to prepare meals. My bed was comfortable (downstairs bedroom), others said there's wasn't quite as comfortable. Location is perfect.”

“Property could use an update. Mattresses were lumpy and carpet was stained and dirty. The property wasn’t super clean. Cobwebs on the balcony and inside smelled musty and dank. Other than that, it was good ”
