"A terrific time at "Tahoe Tranquility". The communication with Ginger, our hostess, was very timely. We found the property to be as advertised, clean, comfortable, well apportioned, and with incredible views from the deck and living/dining room. Our hostess greeted us on arrival and had prepared fresh scones and had beverages in the refrigerator. I can highly recommend staying here."

"The location of this property was excellent. Close to the lake, beaches and restaurants. Lots of room for couples or large family. It is not super clean but acceptable for sure."

"There should be a baby/dog gate for the deck. We had a dog come up to the deck to say hello. Then when we were leaving, my dog slipped by my friend and "visited" the dog next door. I am sure the neighbor did not appreciate the visit. The garbage disposal button does not function properly. The handle in the shower needs to be replaced, hard time figuring out how/where the "off" position was. The toaster needs to be replaced/repaired, the handle fell off and a spatula came off its handle too. The kitchen faucet needs to be repaired/replaced, hot water both up and down, cold water in the middle? The kitchen is very dark, maybe lights under the cabinets would help as would a strainer for the sink. A lot of little things need help, which adds up to a lot of frustrations. "The overall property was at the perfect location next to the lake and walking distance to shops and restaurants. We were able to put the kayaks and paddle boards right into the lake from the front yard."

"Lake Tahoe is a fabulous destination and this property was a perfect location for all that we wanted to see! With three bedrooms and two baths, it provided nice space for our group. The layout of the space and view of the lake were highlights! The August afternoon sun really heated the place up - even with windows opened in the evening, we found ourselves pretty hot in the middle of the night. Highly recommend an early morning walk along the back roads trails over to the State Line Trail. Breathtaking views!!!"
