“It is a really nice place. There are few people, beach is quiet and there are kayaks and paddle boards available. We had a nice beach view from the terrace. The apartment was spacious, fully equipped with everything you need. We had great time there!”

“The owner was appropriately attentive and gave us good ideas when asked about restaurants. The downstairs unit that we stayed in had a bathroom window that did not have a curtain. When I brought up the privacy concern, he told me that there was a tree with a huge leaves in front of it. So, no one could see in it. However, it was extremely uncomfortable because, I can see the outside steps and the windows to another unit. Plus, the whole noisy bed needs to be replaced: the frame, mattress……

“Stayed 4 nights. Feb 2026 Great location! Convenient to everything. 2-3 minute walk to the beach, the pier, and lots of restaurants and shops. Even more within 10-15 minutes. Free parking available a block away. Friendly staff. Spacious unit. Comfortable beds. Excellent rooftop patio is fun to eat outside or watch the sunset. Placencia has a very cool vibe. Fun fact: there are no parking meters or traffic lights. Really easy to see why you might want to retire here. ”
