“Everything was well maintained and clean.”

“Our stay was overall very good, but the breakfast could use an improvement. Many guests have dietary restrictions, such as being vegetarian or eating only halal meat. While we understand the limitations of a complimentary breakfast, it would be highly appreciated if different food items were kept separate. For example, keeping the eggs and pork in completely different trays would make a huge difference for those with dietary restrictions. Thank you”

“Smoke detector was chirping when I entered my room. After two calls to the front desk, the clerk came to my room, took it off the wall, removed the battery and left it on the dresser. The provided hairdryer didn’t not work. And one of my towels had black stuff all over it, and one of the washcloths had what looked like a blood stain! Finally, had to depart a day early due to a family issue, and after talking to the front desk, Expedia, and the hotel manager Friday morning, I was unable to……

“We enjoyed the hot beverage station in the lobby. Our only complaint was that they need to enforce a noise policy for guests who gather in the lobby or upstairs sitting area that is right outside of guests’ rooms. More than a dozen noisy people gathered in the small 2nd floor area which was right outside our door late in the evening until after 10 pm, The area is open to the lobby below, so the front desk attendant was very aware and didn’t do anything about it until we went down to complain.……

“The space is too small, the ironing board and the iron are old and broken, and the morning is monotonous.”

“The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The pictures representing the hotel however, were misleading. They made the rooms, lobby, pool, and breakfast area appear considerably larger than they were. For a bargain price, I would have been satisfied, however, for the exorbitant price we paid, I expected more.”

“The breakfast was decent. They did serve alternative breakfast options like egg white omelette and turkey sausages/patties. Healthier yogurts. The pancake machine was convenient. The exterior of the property was clean, parking was plentiful, and there was a gas station within walking distance. Staff were polite and professional. I would not recommend the neighboring Applebee’s. The restaurant appeared poorly maintained, with sticky floors and tables, vegetables that did not seem fresh, and a……
