“The room was clean, and the AC/heat worked. The shower had plenty of hot water & pressure, but the tub and sink did not drain well. Bathroom needs a do-over. Breakfast was terrible. The toaster had no return tray or mechanism, so the toast fell on the counter at the back. No eggs, no tea, food stale, sausage gray from days before.”

“Not enough staff to assist guests. Indoor pool was freezing. The bed mattresses were extremely soft and not comfortable, shower did not have shower curtain... many areas of improvement.”
