“Staff was great, hot tub was broken, tv did not work, gym was old, there mold in the bathroom of our room and we had to ask the front desk to staff was very friendly and helpful they asked if we wanted a different room, we requested a refund and chose a different hotel to stay at mold was on the ceiling could see a water mark where the water leaked from the room above ”
