“Very difficult to move around the bathroom, the door hit the side of the bath when opened from the bedroom. We had reserved a dog friendly room, fortunately, we have a small dog because there was very little room for his crate. I suspect we were given a less adequate room, ( adjacent rooms I viewed had a better layout) because the hotel was catering for large groups and we were staying just one night. This was despite the fact that I booked it months ago.”

“Lovely central rooms very quiet and right on pier behind seafood shack and across from westherspoons side door. Air conditioning a must as no windows. Parking we thought would be a nightmare but got on street at other side of ferry terminal free parking. Got new towels and toilet roll from cleaner on request no problem”

“Despite some negative reviews we found our room recently refurbished clean comfortable with the bonus of our own Sauna, Food was fresh and very nice Staff and Management very friendly and helpful which helped make a very nice stay”
