「The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. She cursed at my partner in front of the manager with no consequence. We could not check into our room until 4:57pm and check in was 3pm. We were told by the manager check-in was not 3pm despite it being advertised in every room, Expedia, and the Hilton website. There was no accommodation made for the inconvenience. The manager said if he could do anything he would, but proceeded to charge me $12 for two sodas and a bag a chips upon...

「Easy to get to rooms from parking garage. Loved the fact we could walk to.the graduation literally across the street. Our Grandson's really enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was excellent. Thank you」

「Property is nice it's a good location to stay but they could clean up the pool area better and wipe things down and clean the pool. And we've asked several times when they clean their room to refill our shower soap and vacuum which they did not.」

「The staff was nice but the hotel needs renovations. A lot of outdated items, a lot of dirty spots and stains, room had old food spots that were missed, the pool area had bugs and dirty. Even though we had a room for 4, they kept giving us 3 towels and wash cloths. Breakfast was if the food was from the previous day, very hard/dry. It just wasn’t as enjoyable as the other Home2suites or hiltons we have ever stayed at.」
