「The property itself is beautiful, but the experience was overshadowed by extremely poor communication from the staff. I paid them to arrange local flights, yet they failed to provide any information afterward. After I arrived in Belize, I tried calling again with no response. I ended up messaging them on WhatsApp from the airport, unsure whether I needed to purchase a new plane ticket or not.

「Beautiful Cabin with views of the Caribbean. Donna at the front desk was amazing and anytime we needed anything it magically appeared. Noreen and the rest of the staff were the best. I am definitely coming back. 10 stars!」
