「Stayed at Hoyt House in early April. Weather was lousy. Everything else was great. Location is within easy walking distance of restaurants and stores of Fernandino Beach. Everything in the Inn was in top shape, and a lot of thought clearly went into making the guests comfortable. Umbrellas when it rained. A glass of wine in the afternoon. Plenty of places to sit witha book or other activity. 」

「This lovely condo is nestled among the trees, and is in a great location, within walking distance to Egan's Creek Greenway and the beach. The heating and cooling system (we needed both in Feb!) work perfectly. We enjoyed the privacy of the spacious screened porch, and the French doors allowed us to enjoy the trees even when it was too chilly to be out there. 「This property is not as pictured in the listing. The pictures are outdated and do not show the dirt, water stains, bugs, rust, paint patches, pee smelling rugs, janky front door lock, and a host of other issues that you would not expect from a “luxury condo.” The elevator is very run down. The after hours service was zero help when I could not find the unit, because it is not properly labeled and there is no way of knowing exactly where it is without just guessing.
