"Our room was clean. It was close to the beach. I went for a walk every morning and the property was close enough for me to walk to the beach. The area was safe and close to the main beach area and a couple of restaurants. The staff was nice, friendly, and helpful. "

"Very nice property. Is a little dated but well maintained. One adult pool and one bigger pool for all public - all with heated water. Staff is excellent - very available and ready to help. The area is walkable and has a beautiful beach as well as trail through the island. Plenty of options to fish, shop, rent bikes etc. My only disappointment is that several of the dining options were closed ( and then one of the one not closed was privatized over the week end) and there was no prior warning of that when we booked. We ended up going to Fernandina beach a couple of nights which we enjoyed. The dinner options that were open were good. Overall great stay - would comeback!"
