「Excellent staff. Attentive to detail. Hotel is not a Ritz Carlton. Missing all out service and a facilities you pay for. Lobby bar closed until 3pm, gourmet restaurant closed Sunday and monday. No service outside areas. Not a Ritz when you have to buy a bottle of wine and plastic cups to enjoy overlooking the ocean.」

「Although the facility appears fairly new, the shower water pressure was so poor. After reporting and maintenance repairing, the pressure was worse. Almost impossible to shower. We spent 2 nights and were told there is no daily housekeeping after our first day. 」

「We were disappointed by the bathroom because there was no place to put toiletries. A table or countertop would have been very nice to have had. There was no soap for the shower. Thankfully we had some of our own. No box of tissues. Overall it was a positive experience. We enjoyed staying there. Thank you.」

Nice, newer hotel with a spacious room and a great location. However, the check-in experience wasn’t very welcoming—it felt rushed and a bit impersonal. For the price, I expected a higher level of service and overall experience. The added parking fee also felt like an unnecessary upcharge. I would consider staying again if the nightly rate were more reasonable.」
