“Staff member at the front desk greeted me with the biggest smile and hello. Very personable, pleasant and provided information about the property without me having to ask any questions. Upon leaving the property I had a minor issue with my exit card, and of course she rectified the issue immediately. As I drove out of the garage, she was standing there waving goodbye and making sure I was ok. OMG! Incredible customer service!!!!! Thank you soooooooo much Alicia! 🤗🙂💐”

“The staff was exceptional. From the servers to the breakfast attendees. They greeted you with a smile. Nia from the front desk was very helpful. I had a glitch in my reservation and I feel she went out of her way to work it out. 👏👏 Also I would like to point out James at the omelet station who was working the station alone and was quick and friendly. He worked as fast as he could with a smile. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“If you're not familiar with the property and the maze of one-way streets in Charlotte it's a real bear to get into the place, especially after driving for 4 hours in the rain at night. The staff was very pleasant and the room was spacious and clean. The bed very comfortable although it was very difficult finding extra pillows. They advertise it they have a restaurant open 24/7 with the implication that there's room service but there is not. You can order from a limited item menu and then you……
