「Front desk staff was very accommodating to someone like me who isn’t fluent in mandarin. They even followed up with me after the trip on a wall charger I accidentally left behind. There were some amenities I didn’t take advantage of such as the laundry center. Overall, excellent service, awesome in-room and hotel amenities and walkable to everything within the Xi’an City Walls.」

「This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location couldn’t be better—it’s super convenient and super close to the airport. I flew in from LA, and the whole place feels brand-new. The breakfast? Oh my gosh, the selection is insane! They’ve got everything you could want. The room isn’t huge, but it’s seriously cozy, spotlessly clean, and just really comfortable. 10/10, would totally stay here again!」
