"I’d like to leave a review for anyone who doesn’t want to end up on the street at night looking for alternative accommodation. On the day I needed to extend my stay, I rang reception and asked to extend my booking; I was told to do this via Expedia, which I did, but my smart key wasn’t extended. As I was leaving to run some errands, I called reception again to let them know, said I’d be back late, and asked for confirmation of the extension.
