The staff are awesome and friendly. They were well accommodating. If in Bishkek this is the place to go.

Good for a long weekend

Collected promptly from airport by hotel shuttle. Easy check in - just strange that room was in a separate building, which was more like an apartment block than hotel. That said, all was good. Breakfast was ‘local/international and plentiful, pool chilly - but a nice facility! Korean restaurant was fun (well priced), did not visit casino, golf or spa. Hotel located off busy streets, unlike other city hotels which are crazy busy!

Nice hotel, not all staff speak English but enough do. Swimming Pool outside was good. Decent breakfast. Free taxi back to airport was an unexpected bonus - generally very affordable (laundry costs are ludicrously expensive)

The front staff said they couldn't find my reservation. I told them the reservation number but they said they couldn't keep finding it. Eventually they said they would check later and gave me a room but it was very unpleasant.

사실 이 돈이면 좀더 크고 좋은 환경에 호텔을 이용할수 있다 방은 너무 작고 특히 화장실겸 욕실은 너무 작아서 똑바로 자리잡고 씻기에 정말 불편했다 변기가 세면대에 붙어서 비스듬이 서서 씻어야 했다 그리고 조식도 문제다 사과를 언제 깎아 놓았는지 다 검게 바랬고 푸석해서 바스라 졌다 내가 여행을 많이 하지만 정말 해도 너무한 조식이였다 또하나는 여긴 청소는 해주지만 시트는 갈아 주지 않는다 시트에 때같은 것이 있어서 청소를 해달라고 했는데 그대로 똑같은 시트였다. 내생각엔 청소라는 개념이 스레기통 비우고 쓰던 수건 정갈하게 다시 넣는 기분이랄가...한마디로 쓰던거 체크아웃할때까지 계속 쓰는것 같다.

아침식사는 전 별로 였어요. 딱히 손이 가는 음식이 별로 없어묘. 그리고 숙박은 숙박인이 방 청소 해달라고 해주는것 같아요. 얘기 안하면 청소 안해줍니다. 좋은 점은 방에 베란다가 있더라구요. 그건 좋았어요. 오래된 호텔이다 보니 좀 날은 느낌이 나요.
아침식사 장소인데 생각보다 작아요. 호텔 사진엔 커보이지만 막상 가보면 자습니다.

Все чисто, персонал приветливый и старательный. Нет европейской четкости и класса, но душевно и приветливо. Завтрак и ужин не роскошные, но вполне годные. Сантехника тоже скромная, но исправно работает. Бассейн работает только летом, а на сайте об этом не было написано, я плавки привез. Не смог выяснить, когда для них начинается лето. На мой взгляд, май в Бишкеке вполне пригоден для уличного бассейна. В целом я доволен, за умеренную цену получил вполне адекватный сервис

다시 가고 싶은 호텔

너무 좋았다. 나는 해외출장을 자주 가기때문에 여러 호텔을 가 보았지만 이렇게 넓고 서비스가 좋은, 특히 프런트들의 영어수준이 중앙아시아 호텔중에 최고였다. 다시 비슈케크에 간다면 꼭 재투숙할 것이다.

Free pick up from the airport and back was a great service, Hotel personnel were very nice and helpful. They had some hot water problems when I stayed there. They fixed it immediately. I would not mind staying there if I went to Bishkek again.

칼끔하고 시내에서 가까움

조용하고 깔끔한 호텔이며 조식도 괜찮은 편임 아로마마사지 한시간 3만원으로 여행의ㅣ 피로를 풀기에 좋으며 일정때문에 풀장을 사용해보지 못한것이 아쉬움
