「I tried to offer the "house specialty" of the only restaurant in the hotel - a hamburger - at the relative early hour of 6pm, and the waitress said in Spanish that they don't have it. Moreover, at midnight, when I was trying to sleep to wake up at 4:30am to go to the airport, there were rowdy crowds in the garden area where half the rooms are facing, and it went on for at least half an hour.」

「Good」

「清潔度方面有待改善。」

「Rooms are clean but dated. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The location is excellent as it’s close to the zocalo and Malecón. I’m a retired senior so the pace is perfect. Great food and even found a casino to do some gambling. The pool is small but big enough to exercise. No gym which is why I rated this hotel good and not excellent. A great deal for the price.」
