"Great space for a family reunion. A bedroom for each family and the pool table was in constant use, even though there was only one pool cue that wasn't already broken when we arrived. There were a few areas we felt we needed to wipe down before using but the beds were clean and comfortable. Great views, convenient location. Easy checkout and clear entry instructions. The garbage can was full so there was not much room for our garbage and the yard could have stood to be blown out before arrival...

"The staff was pleasant and helpful. There was a nice view of the ocean. I would describe the room as a fixer upper. We stayed with 2 queen beds, only one had a nightstand and a bedside light. The bathroom was small and tight. All the onsite restaurants are closed and much of the building for sale. At >$200/night, it is a poor value for the price."
