“I stayed at the hotel for 4 days, Lisa at the front desk was great, upon check in I was told breakfast was served until 10am, however when I went to breakfast the next morning at 9am the food was basically gone, asked the restaurant staff and was told there was no more food, I checked my watch again and yes it was 9am!”

“It's right in downtown Hartford so it's very convenient to walk around. However, I stayed on Sunday so it was very quiet. The staff was awesome. The facilities weren't the most modern but they were clean and well-cared for.”

“We got up early for an early return on the road and went down to eat the buffet, there weren't any pancakes or French toast. It was 615 but it was a bit disappointing, the scrambled eggs were really wet and inedible... bacon and sausage were delicious. ”
