“The room was great and very comfortable and we loved the location. I was very put off by the lack of service and irritating policies and signs. We were driving to Wilmington and had made plans to visit with friends in Pawleys Island on the way up. The Verandas only has check in from 4 to 5 pm so I sent a message to say we would not arrive until 6:00. No response so I called them. They said I would receive an email from them giving me a link to provide my ID and credit card images. I thanked them……

“Nice large rooms with plenty of amenities. Good breakfast. You are asked to park on the street half a block away, but the area is very safe. The hotel is operating out of a old historical house. I have to climb up 3 flights of stairs to reach my room. Do not recommended it for travelers with disabilities. ”

“My sons and I stayed at the Aloft for Mother’s Day weekend. Joshua was the reception on duty when we arrived, his customer service was phenomenal. Joshua truly exemplifies professionalism and he was extremely courteous. Gabby was the reception when we departed and she was extremely professional as well. Thank you for an amazing stay! ”
