“I booked a hotel with a hot tub, that is a priority to me. I checked into the hotel after driving nine hours on the road. When I went to use the hot tub, I realized it was not working out of commission! When I checked in the person at the front desk did not tell me this! Had he disclosed this in advance I would’ve booked another hotel! Keeping this information from me was unfair! “This is a property that I would like to stay at again however there is a real issue with the smell of cigarette smoke. From the minute we exited the elevator on the 2nd floor to entering our room (Room 212) the smell was present. Upon returning home - my clothes, my luggage, my bags all reek of smoke. Possibly a previous occupant was a smoker or it could be because people stand directly under the second floor, at the front of the building, right outside the front entrance - and smoke. That……
