「Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast offered a variety of choices, and the spacious bedroom with a balcony provided a mountain view. The bathroom was also clean. Overall, it was a wonderful 2-night stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others.」

「The staff were wonderful. Their English was limited, but if you were patient then they were. We ate dinner there our first night and it was fabulous. Breakfast was great. They provided a bus pass to the city using #172. But you could use other South Tyrol buses with the pass. We were able to use bus# 350 back to Bolzano. 」

At the end of the day you can ski straight to the hotel, and store your gear in their heated storage room. 「原本打算去爬山, 但雪山要5月30號才開, 結果只在湖邊住了一晚, 但這個湖實在太漂亮, 早上圍住湖跑了一個圈, 大約需要20分鐘 住這個酒店, 就是要享受大自然 酒店的餐廳, 晚餐服務非常好, 我們有自己的紅酒, 問可否飲自己的紅酒, 不用開瓶費, 他們說可以, 晚餐食物很好食」
