“I liked the breakfasr and it was near downtown. I didn't like the one elevator to get down. I didn't like that the pool looked dated. I loved the room. Was relieved it was comfortable, clean and pretty. ”

“This hotel is a GEM! Best customer service and so attentive to details. I can’t wait to stay here again. Awesome vibe, delicious food and coffee options, and the rooftop bar is fantastic. “Very nice accommodations. Comfortable bed, very clean. A little noisy during the night from activity on the streets. Some homeless on the surrounding streets caused some feelings of unease but did not stop us from walking in the area.”

“Walking distance to one of the many dining options in downtown Boise, or stay in for the incredible restaurant and bar in the Hotel itself. The rooms are historic and beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, etc, etc...But what REALLY makes this place stand out is the customer service. Every single person I dealt with was more than accommodating to all of my needs. I will definitely be staying there the next time I'm in town. ”
