“As others have said, don’t judge a book by its cover. The outside of this hotel is dated. The minute you step through the lobby door, it’s warm and welcoming. I had the pleasure of checking in with Dulce, who greeted us with a big smile. She was so helpful, answered my questions, and gave us recommendations for Mexican food. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were so comfortable! All in all, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. For the price point, it was……

“There was no hot water in the shower our first morning - this is a critical need for visitors. Also the battery was dead in the safe. Called the front desk- they said briskly they’d call maintenance and basically hung up on us. No apology. We were up early to head to Grand Canyon, we waited about an hour and had to get on the road, not knowing when they’d show up. When we got back both were fixed.
