“There was no room available when we checked in. I guess a pipe burst and they had no way to call us. They put us in another hotel for 1 night that I had no way of checking out before we stayed.”

“we book with 2 weeks in advance and when we get there they didn’t have any rooms available.. they given us a room with one bed for 4 people , the place was old ,clothes rack fell in the middle of the night scare the s*%# out of us ,, just horrible experience”

“Breakfast was not good. Parking lot was very small and hard to get in and out. A/C unit in our room was very loud and the street noise was very loud. You could hear every car and motorcycle passing at all hours of the night. ”

“We found bedbugs in our room. We were located to a new a room. Then was told by the front desk that we should have been made to stay in that room or given a refund to stay somewhere else. We had been out all day and returned late that night. It was 12am and they were okay with putting”
