「Booked with Expedia for the long weekend and when we arrived, I was told my booking was cancelled. After around 10mins of trying to figure out what happened, they found us a room with 1 bunk bed and a double bed? I have 3 kids so our 5yrs old have to sleep with us because the original family room I booked with 2 bunks beds and a queen bed was cancelled. 「Front desk was not nice at all. no smile no how is your day etc. They are the first impression when you walk in, and having no smile or enthusiasm, isn't a great look.
