“Location location location is the value here. The property and my room were fine (despite all the terrible reviews) unless you’re seeking the bougie Aspen experience. This is a budget hotel by Aspen standards - and you get budget lodging. A room with some dated furniture, an adequate bed, a hot shower, and a TV. But - it’s probably a 100 yard walk to the slopes where it’s a short easy ski down to the Village Express chair. Snowmass Mall is equally close, as was parking. This is the best ski-in……

“This property is in the center of Aspen, and the location could not be better! Close (2 blocks) to Aspen Mountain gondola, near to many restaurants and shops. The staff at the property were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lackluster and really can use improvement. Our room was decent, but very worn and should be updated. Note, that due to its location is is very noisy at night (people, trucks, etc.), so it is not for you if you are a light sleeper.”

“Top of the Village is a nice slope side condominium complex. As the name implies, it sits at the top of Snowmass Village. The rooms are spacious and well appointed/maintained. The views of the beautiful Snowmass ski resort are plentiful. I’ve stayed at several properties in Snowmass Village, and this one ranks amongst the best. The property is quiet and has a great pool/hot tub. If staying there in the summer/fall, the Mtn/road biking options are many, and start right outside your front……
