“Great location on the main road through Aspen. Most things are walkable. Condo was perfect with all items you could need. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living area to relax in with fireplace and humidifiers which are a must when you are skiing. Parked right outside our door for easy access in and out. This is the third time we have stayed here and will definitely be back. ”

“I like the condo - exactly as advertised. What I didn’t like was no concierge - e.g. the links that were sent before I arrived (like grocery shopping via city market, which goes directly to Kroger) wasn’t relevant. I also don’t like that I was kicked out at 10 AM sharp on my day of departure after notifying the team that I needed another hour in advance because my flight was later and I couldn’t necessarily sit outside with 10 bags and three kids… I was told the other family requested early……

“We had burned out light bulbs (replaced), a broken icemaker, a non-working oven (was fixed) & non-working lobby keys (replaced) Not what we needed to deal with during our trip!”

“The original unit booked was having “ WiFi issues” so the property manager moved us to a smaller unit that did not accommodate our party very easily. We had to be persistent to get into the originally booked unit, which had the space to sleep us comfortably. There was no WiFi, but otherwise lovely and clean. The communication prior to our arrival regarding this issue and the unit switch was not great and we only found out after hours and were not given a choice to keep the larger original Unit.……

“The property is brand new, and Clark's grocery store is conveniently located across the parking lot behind the gas station. There are also other eateries nearby, all within easy walking distance. In front of the building, you'll find the base campus, with lifts for Snowmass Mall right at your doorstep. Additionally, there is a kids' ski school and adventure center downstairs, making it an ideal choice for families. The list of amenities seems endless, ranging from sushi places to coffee shops,……

“Absolutely beautiful property! The only thing missing was A/C. There was only one unit in the bedroom, so the main room and other bedroom got warm during the day! Walkable distance to everything! ”
