「Rooms and common areas need updating. Refrigerator in room was extremely loud. Pillows were terrible. Everything was very clean though and staff was helpful.」

「Great downtown Honesdale, PA location. At check in I was told to park in the Wayne Memorial Hospital lot which is shared with the Hotel. Check in was pleasant/easy. Stairs to 2nd floor room. At end of day rush hour a bit noisy from the busy street/intersection. Room could use a thorough cleaning and some updates. Older mattress well past its' useful life. Sink water had mislabelled Hot/Cold faucets. Water had an odor? A/C worked OK but curtain blocked the flow if closed. Shower head...

「Surprised at the condition of rooms. Bathroom poorly outdated and room felt rundown. Pleasantly employees but disappointing quality.」

「Most lights didn't work. Bathroom fan was disgusting dirt hanging out of it. Plus fan didn't work.」

「The check in process was quite smooth, the lady at the front desk was quite informative. The room was nice, could of been a little more clean. Our overall stay was quite relaxing, would definitely stay here again. The kitchen is fully supplied with cookware just no lids for frying pans and only one baking sheet.」
