“Hotel itself was excellent. Absolutely perfect. And the spa was great. The only negative aspect of our stay was the massage service. My girlfriend was very disappointed with the experience because the massage didn't focus on her shoulders which were sore. She told the practitioner about it, but they essentially refused to deviate from their plan, which was pretty lack luster and not effective at relaxing her muscles.”

“The property was lovely. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The location was very convenient to shops, restaurants, churches and the ferry. Be aware that it's a small property without an elevator. So you will need to climb some stairs which may be a challenge for some, especially on the upper floors. No coffee maker available in the rooms. The one Kettle to be used by all guests was missing, most days.”

Madalena
