“The hotel was gorgeous and clean. All the staff we encountered were helpful, friendly and professional. Definitely will stay again if in the area, and would look for a Drury in other places. It was our first time staying with this chain, and I am absolutely sold on it. ”

“My family (of 3) and I enjoyed the hotel and the room we stayed so much. Located near many restaurants right in downtown Cleveland. It was fun to walk around. The room was spacious (we chose a king bed with a pullout sofa). Mainly because this room is bigger than a normal 2 queens or 1 king. Huge and clean bathroom. It’s just comfortable. The lobby is nice and welcoming. I truly have no complaint. ”

“Convenient location. Easy to walk to dinner, shops, or walk to a game. Valet parking very convenient. Room was clean and staff friendly. ”

“Air condition malfunction, the set temperature can never reach. Room temperature dropped to 67degF at mid-night”

“The hotel is in a perfect location, clean, quiet, roomy. Charles at the desk was great and helped us several times including tech help. The only criticism we have is the toilet paper is awful! I’m sure it’s some environmentally friendly brand but it is not butt friendly. We will definitely stay again because we loved it…but, we will bring our own tp.”

“Our room was nice and clean. I was surprised that housekeeping only comes every other day. I know many places will hold off on changing bedsheets or towels unless requested for environmental purposes, but it is nice to have the trash emptied and beds made daily. Just what we’ve been used to with other hotels. Otherwise everything was great. ”

“I enjoy my stay here every time I come to Ohio. I’m a travel nurse and I love staying here.only thing i didn’t like was when I went to my room the hallway had dirty towels and a big trash bag in the hallway. The front desk took care of it immediately. Thanks!!! ”
