「The pool is out of order and reading some of the reviews it’s been out of order for a very very long time. No free breakfast! And parking is a nightmare. Depending on what door your room is close to you may be walking a long long way :(」

「Upon arrival, the first room assigned to me was not properly cleaned. There was uneaten food, open beverage containers, bottles and cans, dirty socks on the floor, dirty towels in the bathroom, and debris throughout the room. Due to the unacceptable condition of the room, I requested to be moved. Unfortunately, the second room presented additional issues. There were no towels available, and throughout my stay it was unnecessarily difficult to obtain basic amenities despite multiple requests....
