"Hyatt Regency Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The mattress and pillows were wonderful. The shower was perfect and the towels where soft and smelled so clean. This was my second stay this year and I plan on staying every time I'm on Long Island, New York and elsewhere. I decided to become a member of the Hyatt Global Loyalty program, which will give me lovely perks, including free breakfast (see additional perks on Google)."

"Clean, well-maintained property. I was given a free upgrade to a suite, which was great. Only downside was the restaurant. There was a singer who could not sing well and was way too loud. The food tasted good, but I felt stomach sick after eating there."

"Hotel is under construction which I did not know about nor did they mention that when I booked. Room was outdated, workers were banging away at 7am and using materials that left a smell throughout the floor. Would not stay there again till December 2026 when they said construction would be finished. I had a 2 day stay and cancelled the 2nd day to stay elsewhere"

"The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We booked a suite and it was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very nice. The pool was disappointing. It was unclean and there were hairs and bugs floating in it. The pool water actually looked stagnant, so maybe the filter wasn't working. The pool walls and floor were filthy. We were so grossed out that we couldn't even use it. The air conditioner in our room wouldn't not get cold even after setting it to 60. Check in and check out were easy and navigating the property was easy enough."

"Have stayed at this hotel many times in the past, and their services have gone done. Breakfast choices have gone done, no cereal or muffins available. Ran out of bagels and bananas one morning. Location is convenient and close to the LIE and Northen State Parkway and located on Jericho Turnpike route 25. Rooms on the ground floor are somewhat noisy with occupied room directly above. Parking is convenient right outside of the rooms. Some plumbing issues, as the control valve on the bathtub water was loose and came off, and the sink stopper does not work. Room is pretty spacious with a king bed, side chair, desk, refrigerator, microwave, sink area, closet for hanging clothes, and bathroom. All clean."
