“Got caught in the cartel chaos. The resort could not have been more accommodating and helpful. They extended our stay at a very reasonable rate. Extremely clean and well run property. Food was great and staff went above and beyond. Special thanks to Sandra in the Chipotle Buffet.”

“To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was……

“El departamento es muy bueno, para nosotros que viajamos en familia con tres hijos fue excelente. Solo el aire acondicionado de la sala funcionaba unos minutos y posteriormente presentaba una falla. Pero en realidad casi no lo usamos porque la playa y albercas que posee, mantenían a la familias afuera. Buena opción la comida que provee el restaurante. ”
