“The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation.”

“This hotel is ok. It's in a sketchy area, or at least it feels that way. That is not the staff's fault; they were absolutely wonderful. They worked with us, were friendly, helped us with whatever we needed, and were understanding of our concerns and needs. The rooms were just ok as well, not great, but not nasty. It was really the staff that made our stay memorable.”

“We loved this place for a nice long weekend getaway. Good location for the zoo and oceans of fun. Also really enjoyed the bar and restaurant inside the hotel it was amazing! Will definitely go back. ”
