"Nice hotel "

"An amazing place!"

"Very nice people They try to listen to my concerns. And help me with transportation and directions to the Convenience store. Thank you so much"

"Very helpful staff and excellent room."

"We had a wonderful stay here. The place is super clean, thoughtfully designed, and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything worked perfectly and we felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time. The location was convenient, breakfast was great, and we really had a great time. We’d be very happy to stay here again and highly recommend it"

"This was my first time staying at a ryokan. I had a wonderful time. The view was simply amazing. The dinner and breakfast meals were 10 out of 10 for presentation and taste. The baths were equally refreshing. The only thing I could critique is the bed was a little minimal compared to western beds I'm used to. I still got a great nights rest and would come back in a heartbeat."

"Really nice hotel in every respect."

"Delicious breakfast & meals (I recommend the Sukiyaki!), a beautifully maintained grounds in a picturesque location, with the friendliest staff - we LOVED our time here and highly recommend it!"

"Resort ready "

"丹後ウルトラマラソン前日に泊まりました。大浴場もお部屋もとても清潔でした。大浴場はサウナと水風呂が近くて良かったです水風呂も水温が丁度良かったです。もう少し座って過ごせるところがあったほうがいいかもと思いました。 無駄なサービスがなく、価格が手ごろでとても良かったです。 チェックインもアウトもすぐにできました。"
