“I loved the lay out of our room. One we checked in the process was quick and easy Front desk was personal and friendly Even gave restaurant recommendations that were perfect. Love the breakfast setup and food was easily accessible ,”

“The water coming out of lavatory faucet was a trickle. I called management and the man said “is the pressure low?” I said “yes, there’s not enough water to wash hands. Is that normal?” He said “yes”. End of story. We had to use the tub faucet to wash up. Neither remote worked with TVs. Batteries dead. Tracked down staff and they did not replace batteries in either remote, just gave me one from another room switching them out. AC is controlled by those motion sensors. Disappointed most……
