“This was our second time staying here as before it was great only thing is they should consider putting microwaves in the rooms.”

“Nice size of the room, pretty, modern, clean. Free breakfast was great, but when I got downstairs at 8am barely any eggs and sausages were left, yogurt machine was empty after 10-15 mins they refilled everything Also there was a waffle maker, syrup, bagels, bananas, apples, muffins…. Variety of juice and terrible coffee that did not taste like coffee at all.”

“Very nice historic hotel. They have a wine a cheese get together every night, with a different theme every evening. We had the best time the evening of our second night as they had a local musician on an acoustic guitar who was awesome. Great hotel, great staff, great city. Great stay.”

“Pool was not usable because they were waiting for the health department to inspect the pool. The Building was old and in need of some repairs and or updates. It was adequate but not what we expected from Hilton. The staff was great and polite and knowledgeable. They would be the reason I return. Breakfast options were limited. Particularly there was a young lady who was very accommodating and hospitable.”

“We had a slight issue at check-in we were given a studio king instead of the room we booked a 1 bedroom king suite. We were able to get the issue resolved quickly and the front desk person even personally changed the sheets on our bed to get our room ready. She definitely went above and beyond.”

“Great hotel to stay”

“Needed a credit card for incidentals. Couldn’t use the regular terminal. Used something that only took swipe connected to the computer. Then she also keyed in the card…. Seemed sus. There really was no need to collect a card as there were no places for an incidental. Rooms are dated with a TV from 2009. Hand soap and lotion are mounted similar to the amenities in the shower. Seemed tacky. I wouldn’t pay $200 to stay at this Holiday Inn when it’s about the same as an old La Quinta.”

“$35 day parking, old squeaky furniture, tattered floors, carpet stains, comfortable squeaky bed, comfortable pillows, clean bathroom, breakfast good but the buffet staff is slow, had to wait on food replenishment, one staff said he cant wait for this to be over, in the historic area so one ends is run down the other end is nice, 1 pool umbrella for the entire pool, staff is friendly overall, overpriced.”
