「The Room Door bolt does NOT latch enough because the is a nail pin in the way . This prevents the door bolt from clicking into the locked position. This presents a Risky Liability for customers and the Facility Management. PS
We have friends/ Family staying there and we were informed the door lock has the same defective issue!
Is done on purpose ? Very Risky Liability!」

「When we arrived we were very pleased with Marjorie's Welcome. She answered all of our questions and got us settled in immediately. The room was very nice and cozy. It was very convenient to be on the ground floor, the bed was extremely comfortable , and the air conditioner was great ( not loud like other hotels). We enjoyed the surrounding area which was very quiet. The room and bathroom were clean! We enjoyed the coffee pods in our room, great coffee! Thank you for a very pleasant stay.」
