“When the property was booked, there was no mention that the kitchen was closed. Therefore there was no breakfast available as stated when booked. The pawn up serving the property they were windows broken in some rooms. The room smelled. I went and bought Lysol too, kill any bad odors from the closets and sofa near the porch. I don’t even know if I was charged extra for the continental breakfast that was not available. ”

“Room was clean but very minimalist. Not much furniture. No refrigerator. Offered 24 hour coffee and tea. Daily free newspaper. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.”

“ I've had unacceptable experiences during my last two stays at the Courtyard Marriott in Newburgh, New York. During my first stay over the Christmas weekend, the hotel had no heat or hot water. Despite calling an hour before check-in to notify the staff I was running late, the manager failed to inform me of these conditions. When I requested a reimbursement for these circumstances, the hotel refused, and I was forced to resolve the matter through my bank. My most recent stay during Easter……

“Fantastic stay! Unique and castle-like property. Sandy was an amazing server at the high end restaurant. I recommend the tomahawk pork chop, which can be made into a gluten free dish. Cocktails were tasty and worth the calories. I would stay again! ”
