「When we arrived at the motel, the first thing we noticed was the landscaping in front of the property, was not as it appeared on the website. It showed bright green trees, the paint on the building was not the same paint we seen on website. After checking in and getting a card to enter the room.......OMG!!! The room was dirty, is the least I can say, putting it mildly. The 2 beds in the room both had multiple black tiny specs ontop of spread as well under the spread. As I looked in the bathroom...

「Room was clean, dated but clean. But…. Could not use the hvac. Mold…, smelled extremely like urine.」

「EVERYTHING IS OK & ACCEPTABLE EXCEPTED THE BREAKFAST, WE ARE REQUESTED ADDING FEW ITEMS FOR FREE OF CHARGES THAN IT IS PREFECT! SUCH AS: INCLUDED ORANGE JUICE, BOILED EGG THAT FULL ENOUGH.」

「The hotel is undergoing renovation. Though it is nicely done, if you have sensitivity to new carpet smell or new paint, then I would not recommend it. Everything is new including furniture, bedding, pillows. Check out is noon but housekeeping came around at 9 AM knocking on doors.」

「The staff was not there but reachable by phone. Our first night was quiet. A family of five children occupied the room above and were up and around before 6 am. Carpeting would help the noise. Interesting river town.」
