“We booked a double queen room and when we open the room door there were suitcases there. So we ended up with a king room. We were there four nights and housekeeping did not come for any of the three days. The hotel would not provide any compensation for these issues.”

“There was no prior notice about the sprinkler system being out of commission - I even called about the latest time we could check in and the Front Desk Staff did not advise on this severe safety issue. Then when we arrived our room door was stuck open due to the door malfunctioning without any offer for maintenance to fix it only, “push or pull it closed really hard.” Upon entering the room - which smelled musty and damp - the fridge was dirty and there were two TV’s on the dresser directly in……

“I was very disappointed with our stay. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia, which was very misleading. Our room key only worked about half the time, causing constant issues when trying to get into our room. We had three women staying in the room, so we needed extra towels, shampoo, and conditioner. When we requested more, we were told we needed to bring the empty shampoo and conditioner bottles to the front desk before receiving replacements. I have never been asked to do that……
