“Our family of 4 stayed for a week at White Sands Village and loved the location and the property. The condo itself is great and the pool area is nice and not too busy. Very clean and everything in good working order. Comfy beds and furniture. Getting in and out, even with a late arrival is no problem with the keyless entry system. The lanai is great for outdoor meals or relaxing on, but because the unit is in one of the furthest back buildings you can only see a sliver of the ocean. The……

“It was advertised as a thousand square foot with one bedroom and it ended up being a studio that was about 500 ft² but it had a nice little kitchen area and it was close to the beach but that was kind of noisy with all the doors and windows open and there was no air conditioning so we had to keep the windows and doors open. close to the beach”

The rental experience has been terrible- I just got locked out and then the voice service hung up on me. I don’t know how I’ll get back in to the room - so my one day that I was able to enjoy I had to spend dealing with the situation. There’s so much weird and stupid stuff that happened-I will never rent another condo that’s managed by grand welcome ”
