"It took us 3 hours driving back and forth to get to our property. Our host did not give us clear instructions on our apartment. We’ve been driving from back and forth looking for the correct apartment. We’ve been directed to an occupied apartment as well. The communication was horrible!

"Exceeds expectations is an UNDERSTATEMENT! Everything starting with the standard expectations of cleanliness were met. Beyond that the extra amenities make it worth it! They truly have thought of everything. Starting with a big island visitors guide with various points of interest included is a pass to use the Hilton resort facilities, which is a great bonus!
