“Place was nice and quiet, a street away from the town hall, and walkable to the historic districts. Staff are friendly and nice, room was spacious. ”

“I love the location of this hotel because you got the mall with a movie theater in walking distance plus number of restaurants nearby. The rooms are great depending which one you pick. You got number of things that you can do inside the hotel if you don't want to step outside”

“My wife and I only stayed one night. The room overall was clean. The hotel was well kept. Breakfast was included, was nice normal breakfast options.”

“This hotel is very run down. Water damage on the windowsills, a toilet that didn't work properly, extremely low water pressure in the shower, and snagged/torn bedding. The room has no storage in either the bed area or the bathroom. The parking is expensive ($35 per day) and no guarantee that your spot will be there for you if you leave and come back. The spots that are open are extremely tight. It's close to everything and the staff was nice, but I would never stay there again.”

“Overall, my stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Annapolis had several strong positives, but also a few maintenance and safety concerns that should be addressed. The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable — both the mattress and pillows made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast at the Bistro was delicious, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and welcoming. I also enjoyed the pool area, which was clean and pleasant. “We have stayed here many times over the last 20 years give or take. Two years ago the property was on need of a serious update! I am glad to say the property has been refreshed!! Looks great! Everything was in working order, no maintenance issues at all! Great location for all things Annapolis related!”
