“Jennifer was professional, cheerful and so helpful from check in to check out. The hotel is in a quiet area that is convenient to the interstate, dining and shopping. We felt safe and rested well. Breakfast was enjoyable for my husband and grandchildren especially the waffles. I follow a gluten free diet due to allergy so I was impressed to see the gluten free options posted on one of the walls in the food service area. We would definitely stay at this location again. ”

“This is a small hotel in the small downtown of Pass Christian. It is clean and comfortable. It it not close to a beach that is swim able but it is close to restaurants and marinas and parks. We liked it a lot. ”

“This was my 2nd time staying here. Gave a 5 star review the first and usually most places fall below that a 2nd time. Not here. The staff was just as great. Lawrence at the front desk, awesome and Miss Troy. The complimentary breakfast is great. Eggs, grits and bacon. Oatmeal with so many condiments you can think of. Miss Troy makes you feel as if she's bringing it from her kitchen. Check in was easy as well as check out. Have to give a shout out to Sharon the GM. She cares about her guests.……

“Great service by staff and comfortable room. The heated pool was nice, but surprisingly far from the doors on the back of the hotel (facing east, so no afternoon sun). Lots of access to shopping and dining, and a great breakfast in the morning.”

“We spent last night in New Orleans, so we were SO happy to get to Gulf Port and find a nice clean town and a spotlessly clean hotel. The gentleman who checked us in was fantastic. He gave us a tour of the property and made sure we were all settled in. On a 10 scale, I give The Almanett a 12!!!”
