“Extremely disappointed. Hairs found in bed and shower. Black mold in shower as well. One positive is the staff was friendly and helpful.”

“The elevator was working when we carried all our stuff to the sixth floor checking in then the elevator stopped working we had to walk down 6 flights stairs to eat dinner and come back up 6 flights to our room. The next morning when we were checking out the elevator was still not working and we are old and I just had hip surgery 2 months ago so we couldn’t carry everything down. We walked down for breakfast and the night manager had no answers to how they were going to handle the luggage issue……

“Clean room, sofa beds inconsistent in different rooms. Pool leaves much to be desired. Great breakfast!”

“The property waa well maintained. Very clean inside. The staff were very accommodating and so friendly. The daily Breakfast had so many options and plentiful. The parking was great too. Definitely. will book here again and again.”

“The location is too close to road so that it's convenient but noisy. Laundry environment is not very clean. We gave up to use the washing machine since somebody left cloth in it for a long time. The bathtub got stuck but was fixed soon.”

“Came here checked in paid for the room paid a deposit made a pet friendly reservation mind you then after I paid was told I couldn't stay there with my dogs even though ive stayed other times with them I guess the front desk lady didn't like my pitbull mix she wasn't friendly then when they gave me a refund Im still waiting on i had to find alternative housing with almost no money like for real you take my money instantly but can't give it back for 7 to 10 business day smh anyways don't book a……

“Where do I start, entered the room and the temperature was 62, ok I get it, but then I tried to lock our door and it would not lock, so I tried to call the front office, but the phone did not work, so I checked the rest of the room, tv did not work, floors were dirty, sheets were stained, sand in shower. So with the list I went to the office and reported the findings, I was escorted back with a guy and his grandson and the man checked the room, while his grandson was trying to go thru our items……

“Possibly the worst experience of my 39 years of life. Refused to check us at the listed check in time because they said they couldn't keep up with house cleaning. Pushed us to the side but continued to check in 4 other visitors. Ruined her 300 dollars worth of plans because we had no where to shower and get dressed to attend our schedule event. Still refused to fully refund because "we have a no refund policy". Stayed the best they could do was give me a discount. Discount was applied and then……
